Our Client Support team help us realize our mission by helping to make sure our clients' accounts are set up to ensure the correct, most valuable data is fed to their system, or to the analysts who are working on their reports, and make sure clients get back up and running as fast as possible if they experience a problem with their account setup or system. Without them, BrandsEye and our clients run the risk of losing time and money, and everyone gets grumpy.
The current team is a high-performing unit that impresses clients with their quick and thorough response to support tickets, and we're looking to add one more Consultant to compliment it. Our best Consultants are talented at figuring out the root cause of what's causing a problem, and guiding clients and internal collaborators through solving it, so that the same ticket isn't logged again. They are skilled critical thinkers who can accurately analyze a problem, communicate solutions to clients on all levels in ways they can relate to, and are able to rally colleagues from other departments effectively in order to get the problem solved. They are able to balance technical savvy with high EQ and empathy, and thrive on delivering a fantastic client service experience.
Ideally, we're looking for someone who has at least 3 years' experience responding to corporate client complaints and/or problems in a software or related technical environment, You must have the ability and experience of problem-solving in an environment where systems between companies are connected, dealing with clients at all levels of seniority. A related tertiary qualification would be beneficial, but a track record of providing great customer service, is mandatory.
